Important: Indah Resort Fee
Indah condominium administration charges a mandatory resort fee of MXN 518 per condominium, per night. The fee is collected directly by the building at check-in and is not included in the reservation total. The approximate USD equivalent is $30 per night, although this varies with the exchange rate.
- The fee applies to every reservation, regardless of the number of guests.
- It is paid directly to the condominium administration at the security desk upon arrival.
- It is not included in your reservation total.
- It is established and collected exclusively by the condominium administration and cannot be waived by the property owner.
The fee provides unlimited access to Indah’s exceptional resort amenities throughout your stay.

Extra Guest Fee: The first 2 guests are included in the base rate. There is and additional charge (for each additional guest after 2) up to 10 guests. If you decide to bring additional guests after you book you need to inform your host prior to check in. More than 10 guests are not allowed.
